The pieces

Every piece is one of a kind and handmade. The photos show it as faithfully as possible, but colours may vary slightly from one screen to another. Small irregularities are part of handmade work.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. No tax is added: as a small supplier, Ysabel is not registered for GST and QST. Shipping costs, if any, are shown in the cart before payment. Payment is made by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, on Square’s secure page.

Confirmation

After payment, you receive a receipt from Square and a confirmation email with all the details of your order. This email serves as your copy of the contract.

Timelines

Your order is packed within 3 business days. With Canada Post, allow 2 to 5 more business days depending on the destination. For pickup or hand delivery, we agree on a time together by email.

Cancellation, returns and breakage
